I am the team’s Transaction Coordinator. I bring 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, an acute attention to detail and unparalleled knowledge of the “technical” aspects of the real estate process makes me an invaluable asset to The Motley Team. Not only do I make sure all the “I’s” are dotted and “T’s” crossed, I also identify and generally solve problems before anyone even knows there is one.

I enter the picture once you have signed a listing agreement or when you have an accepted offer and manage all of the paperwork and contractual documents. Having a second set of eyes on our files ensures that we minimize risk and liability for our clients and having a Transaction Coordinator take over the paperwork frees up Saraya & Simon’s workload to focus on what they do best… marketing and negotiation.
