The East Bay has been home to me since 1984. I first landed in Rockridge and spent the next 16 years enjoying urban life, morning strolls to Market Hall, access to all the wonderful restaurants on College Avenue and easy-commutes to San Francisco. It was here that my husband proposed to me and where my first born spent his early years. I fell in love with the local architecture in Oakland, Berkeley and their surrounding areas and became fascinated with Real Estate.

In 2000, I moved through the tunnel and began building community here. We currently live in Moraga and maintain offices in Lafayette, Montclair, Oakland and Berkeley. I began my career as a Realtor in the late 90’s. It was a 2nd career for me, before that I worked as a Marriage, Family and Child Counselor. I realized quickly that my skills transferred easily as I spend a great deal of time managing my client’s anxiety, helping couples negotiate priorities and provide hand-holding throughout the home buying and selling process. I believe that listening is an art, not just a skill.

My value is in marketing and negotiation. As a listing specialist, my primary job is to negotiate for you the HIGHEST POSSIBLE PRICE and to make sure that we do not give away any of your money. My intention is to educate and provide professional advice and guidance so that my clients can make informed decisions and have a greater understanding of the real estate process. My goal is to provide a level of service that exceeds expectations.

My husband, Simon, joined me and together we formed the Motley Team in 2005. He has been a terrific partner and we have served 50 +/- happy clients every year since. Nearly 100% of our business is by referral and repeat clients. Simon and I believe that when we enlist the services of any professional, we are really looking for someone we can trust—someone proven who comes highly recommended and is willing to go the extra mile to help us achieve our goals. We want to do such a good job for you that you will never want to buy or sell another home without us… you will never want any of your friends, your relatives or your neighbors to buy or sell another home without us. In other words, we want to be in your real estate life forever!
